Some of the things I (a senior citizen) do too keep my brain in good working order are-
ReplyDeleteLearn to play new piano arrangements
Use the Internet for research
Play free memory/brain games on the computer
Attend workshops, seminars on various topics
I do jigsaw puzzles and, believe it or not, algebra problems (I was not very good at that in my younger days). I also try one new big thing each year (driving a stick shift, knitting) and one new small thing every day (driving a different route to work, cleaning in a different "order", etc.
