ReplyDeleteI am from the South and a glass of iced tea (not a cup of hot tea) is the favorite beverage where I live. I seldom see anyone drinking hot tea.A glass of Oolong tea with ice is my favorite beverage. Occasionally I drink a cup of hot tea and it is usually Oolong tea. However, I have tried most of the teas mentioned.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy most herbal teas for their soothing properties. Just the smell of chamomile for example, calms me. It's my absolute favorite!
ReplyDeleteI like a good mint or spice tea like chia.
ReplyDeleteI love chai tea with milk and cinnamon. This mixture seems to soothe me in stressful situations. I enjoy drinking it in the evening to help me relax before going to sleep.
