  1. After having two cats die of hyperthyroidism, I began to investigate and research why this would happen. I started to look at the ingredients of the dry kibble that I was feeding them at the time....it was predominantly grain based. In fact, cat's intestinal tracts are long and are not suited for digesting predominantly grain foods. Since cats are carnivores, their foods should be protein based, much like the lions, tigers in the wild. Could it be the diet was the reason for the hyperthyroidism? I switched to Innova Evo dry kibble, and Nature's Variety Chicken or Rabbit Raw food two years ago. Their coats are very healthy and shiny, they require less of the raw food as it is more nutritious and sustaining, their stools are odor-free, and there has not been an occurrence of disease since I've switched their diets.

  2. Having had animals with special needs for several years, I came across a magnificent, commercial food that brought immediate improvements to my dog's health. I am certain that Kumpi has extended his life as well as improved the quality of his life. The site is www.Kumpi.com and there is substantial research, numerous success stories, and all the info you need about the food. If that isn't enough, the owner, Evy Serpa, will answer any and all of your questions. I will definitely feed Kumpi to my future pets, too.
