  3. In Nancy Mellon's book, _Body Eloquence_, she says that "Our skin is a seamless garment we wear for a lifetime." I was recently advised to give more attention to my skin, by using oils, taking vitamin D, etc. I enjoy being outside, especially in the summer sun, and other than the basics, I have not cared well for my skin. The basket from Canus sounds like a perfect, nurturing place to begin.

  4. Canus goat milk soaps are GREAT!! I especially like the L'il Goats Milk bars that are for kids, but I like them for a regular bath soap because it's so gentle and smells good! They used to carry these soaps at our local Pick and Save store but now unfortunately they don't. If I'm in Madison, Wisconsin I can find Canus soap at the Willy Street Co-op too. Highly recommend them!

  13. My best experience with goats' milk was using it to supplement my mare's milk for her newborn foal. According to him, we couldn't feed him fast enough.
And of course I've consumed my share of goats' milk cheese (noticing a pattern?) I would love to try it externally, as well. :)
