  2. I have suffered from depression/anxiety for years; nothing seemed to help. I started taking a T of flax-seed oil everyday (for the omega 3) and I went vegan (I was already vegetarian). I feel 100% better than I have my whole life. I haven't had a bout of depression since. I am also sleeping better, feel more rested and energetic, and my anxiety has lessened.

  3. If you're craving something sweet, try eating some pineapple or other natural sweet fruit. Doctors have been noticing that often when a patient's depression is cured, the insomnia still remains.
Diagnosis can be difficult and Manic depression is classed
as a chronic relapsing illness so it best to work with an experienced Psychiatrist and continue treatmet even when you're feeling better..
