Pamela's idea of "living more" in 2011 inspired me to create a personal mantra- "mindful simplicity"! I plan to continue using Pamela's Gluten Free baking mixes, add simple, healthy, and easy-to-use ingredients I usually have in my kitchen pantry & fridge to create different & bold(er) flavors. A simple change to the way I think & use your amazing GF products IS my mindful simplistic change towards "living more"!

ReplyDeleteI have loved Pamela's cookies for many years! I live in Colorado but first found them many years ago in Leesburg, VA and was so thrilled to have a cookie I could eat that tasted great! Have enjoyed them ever since! Love the pecan sandies, the chocolate chip and the ginger! I use the ginger cookies as a crust for my vegan pumpkin pie! ReplyDeleteThank you for introducing me to Pamela's cookies. After suffering from daily nausea, headaches and body pain for 7 years, I took myself off gluten and wheat and am now medication free. I have just found out I am expecting my third child and use ginger tea to help with nausea. I would love to win some cookies to snack on as I get ravenous and cannot eat any baked products from the store! Ginger gluten free cookies!!...sign me up. Can I buy these anywhere in South jersey?
