What dietary steps are you taking to avoiding cancer?

In our May story “Eating for Cancer Recovery,” we learned that eating after cancer treatments can be a challenge because of changes in digestion and in the way food tastes. Despite these challenges, proper nutrition is crucial for people who are recovering from cancer.

Now it’s your turn. Have you (or someone you love) had cancer and want to avoid a recurrence through dietary improvements? Or are you eating to avoid getting cancer in the first place? We want to know!
