How do you control asthma?

In our January story “Winter Breathlessness” (Malady Makeover), we learned that cold weather can aggravate asthma—but that there are ways to help keep this inflammatory condition from ruining your wintertime fun.

Now it’s your turn. How do you control your asthma symptoms, in winter or any other season? We want to know!

  1. Some people, like me, have a milder form of asthma that is triggered by seasonal allergies, pollution, or smoke. About 10 years ago, I started taking Wild Oregano Oil capsules. There is a lot of good information available now on the internet about the benefits of Wild Oregano Oil for respiratory health. The active ingredient you want to look for is called "Carvacrol." The higher the Carvacrol content, the better it will work. I do not have to use any inhalers or take any pharmaceutical drugs any longer because Oregano Oil has quelled my mild asthma symptoms.
