The Knee

  1. My knees are helped with exercise. I use my stationary bike plus my treadmill. My knees hurt when I don't exercise. Of course I believe supplements also help such as cod liver oil softgels, glucosamine & chrondroitin.

  2. I have found emu oil to be very soothing to any joint, especially the knee
