  10. Would love to try this. Heard it was good for arthritis and bursitis in your arms. I have bursitis in my elbow so I believe this would help out a lot.

    I haven't even looked at the DynaFlex, yet; but anything that will help me enhance my grip strength, flexibility and muscle endurance would be well worth trying! I'll be 70 this September, and I'm constantly working at getting and keeping in shape! sandrac357@aol.com
